COMMUNICATION:

We've developed high-tech systems that make sure all communication is done in a timely, professional manner. While you will be included on everything, you won’t have to worry about any of it because we work behind the scenes making sure all is well.

DISCLOSURES:

One of the most important things we do is to ensure that all of the file's disclosures are properly completed by both the buyers and sellers so you (and your broker) can rest comfortably knowing we've got your back.

ORDER REPortS:

We are happy to assist in getting the needed reports ordered or scheduled. Once the reports are received we make sure they get to where they need to go.

REQUESTS FOR REPAIRS:

After the inspection and all seller disclosures have been made, we'll work with you to get request for repairs (or other concessions) completed accurately. Using a TC to help with this is key as filling these out incorrectly can create problems with escrow when it comes time to close. Don't let a little paperwork mess things up for you, we've got this.

track key dates & timelines:

We keep you and your clients up to date on how things are progressing and follow the timeline to ensure no dates are missed. Time is of the essence and managing your timelines is the essence of how we can help you.

Review contracts for important info:

We note and track important dates and information to ensure the correct info is parlayed where appropriate, throughout the transaction until it closes. This includes the escrow and commission info, names and dates.

all other paperwork:

Depending on when the house was built, which city or county it is located in, etc, you may have different forms that need to be completed. We work closely with you and your clients to ensure all of the right information is completed in a timely manner.

Anything you need:

Our packages, task lists, compliance document checklists, and scheduled correspondence are all customizable on a case by case basis. Just tell us what you need and we will make it happen for you. (Within reason!)
