A Technical Support Officer position has come available for an immediate start, which can offer a broad range of IT tasks. This is a contract position and will be based in Albury NSW 2640  

You will be assisting New and Existing Clients with 1st/2nd level helpdesk support duties and should have outstanding customer service skills and good presentation. A high degree of professional care, accuracy and attention to detail is highly required. You are comfortable working with strong support but without constant supervision.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years experience in a Desktop Support role.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft applications - Office, Outlook.
• Basic understanding of Virus checking.
• Active Directory and Remote Access.
• Knowledge of Website Designing
• Knowledge of Google Ad words Marketing
• Knowledge of Security cameras
• Knowledge of S/W & H/W firewalls & security products
• Well developed troubleshooting skills
• Well developed customer service understanding 
• Outstanding communication skills

As a Computing Support Technician you will be involved in;

• ·         Assisting with Help Desk inquiries
• ·         DATA Recovery from Internal Or External Hard Disk
• ·         Providing Online Support Via Team Viewer
• ·         Password Resets, Printer troubleshooting, Video Conferencing support etc
• ·         Supporting Windows XP, Vista Windows 7 & Apple Desktops & laptops
• ·         Windows Server 2003, SBS 2003 and Windows Server 2008 environments
• ·         Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Users and thin client maintenance
• ·         PC & printer setup, configuration and maintenance
• ·         Basic LAN - wired & wireless,
• ·         Website Hosting & Designing
• ·         Installation & Troubleshooting of CCTV Camera & IP Camera
• ·         MS Office Suite including Outlook
• ·         Configuring smart phones to access mail servers etc.
